A Radar Stacked Area Chart and a Legend.

A Radar Stacked Area Chart and a Legend.

Overview

The Radar Stacked Area Chart is a type of circular graph that plots measure values as a filled area stacked on top of others by dimension value. This chart is different from the Radar Area Chart in that multiple Radar Stacked Area series should show component parts of a total metric. For example, the chart to the right displays the sales amount generated for audio and video products, as well as the total, all at once.

The grid lines in the plotting area can be displayed as polygons or circles. Other notes:

  • This chart is represented by the DashboardRadarStackedAreaChart class, which has common chart properties and interactions.
  • This chart accepts a single metric value from each KPI, dataset and contextual metric added to it, for each X axis dimension value.
  • In another circular chart, make a series Radar Stacked Area by setting the Chart Type property of the series to RadarStackedArea.
  • When a series is Radar Stacked Area, its type and properties are those of the DashboardRadarAreaDataSeries class.

Features

The Radar Stacked Area Chart has features in common with the Radar Line Chart, including Plotting Area Style, Radar Size, Minimum Radar Size, and Start Angle.
