Overview
After performing the following installation and/or configuration tasks, it is necessary to restart the Dundas Dashboard website in order for the changes to take effect.
Recycle Dashboard's Application Pool
The best way to restart the Dundas Dashboard website is to recycle the application pool it uses so that other applications running on the server are not affected. To do this, open the IIS management console:
- From the Start menu, click Run or use the search option.
- Type inetmgr, then press ENTER.
Connect to the Dashboard server and go to Application Pools. Locate Dashboard's application pool and choose recycle from the context menu or the actions panel.
