How to get the free entitled upgrades?
Support subscribers receive access to all major and minor upgrades and patches to the associated product(s) for the duration of their subscriptions. These upgrades are available in the Your Account
page or by contacting your account manager. Email notices will be sent out whenever an upgrade or patch is made available. Please refer to our support article for upgrading guidance
