Previewing your dashboard

You can see what your dashboard will look like with live data (e.g. coming from checked-in KPIs or datasets) at any time while editing it in the Dashboard Designer.

Click the Preview button in the toolbar to preview your dashboard.

Preview as HTML

The Preview button has a menu option that lets you preview the dashboard in a browser window using HTML5 rendering. This is useful for reviewing dashboards that you ultimately want to view from a mobile device, such as an iPad.

Note: The HTML Preview option only works on supported browsers. See System Requirements for more details.

Script console

Click the Show script console (first) button in the top-right corner of the Preview window to toggle the Script Console. Use the console to enter scripting commands and run them against the dashboard and data being previewed.
